Employee Metering Service Focus on Service (m/f/d) Full-time or part-time | permanent | Mehrower Allee 52, Berlin Your Profile You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g.

in office management.

You have ideally 3 years of professional experience in the areas of metering service, order management, scheduling and/or operating cost accounting.

Basic knowledge in the areas of heating systems and hot water preparation is desirable. You are structured, flexible and work in a service-oriented manner.

Your Tasks You are responsible for order management and processing for the equipment, replacement and maintenance of measuring devices, smoke detectors and other technical facilities in our building stock.

You monitor calibration deadlines and implement measures to comply with these deadlines.

In addition to invoice processing, you are responsible for monitoring radio readout data, digital meter reading, plausibility checks and transmission of meter data.
