We are currently seeking a
Team Leader (m/f/d) for our
Flexible Residential Services in Rösrath, starting on
January 1st, 2024 or later.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Job Description:

As the Team Leader, you will oversee the organization's residential intensive services 1 to 3 for children and adolescents in Rösrath and represent them internally and externally.

In addition to ensuring cost-effectiveness, you will also be responsible for the development of the organization, its employees, and maintaining quality in our services.

Requirements:

As a team player, you should have:

A degree in Social Work B.A./ Social Pedagogy/ Dipl. Special Education
Several years of experience in the field of child and youth services and coordination
Additional qualifications, enjoyment in leadership roles, and a clear understanding of your role as a trendsetter
Organizational and communication skills
Confidence in dealing with child protection, difficult clients, and complex cases
The ability to think, formulate, and implement concepts
A clear understanding of your role as a trendsetter and identification with the quality goals of the Sommerberg
The ability to perform under pressure and reliability
