RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage site work on residential, commercial, and municipal projects
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, contracts, and budgets
- Schedule all project activities involving equipment, materials, crew members, and subcontractors
- Act as a bridge between the project manager, project team, and owner
- Supervise and guide employee and subcontractor activities
- Maintain excellent customer service standards with the owner, subcontractors, and project team
- Enforce the company's safety procedures
- Coordinate and participate in project meetings with all involved parties
- Preserve project scope and schedule, and communicate any modifications to the project team
- Embody the company's values internally and externally
- Ensure a tidy and safe job site
- Oversee onsite plans, sketches, and job site documentation
- Record time and material data using company software
- Handle the punch list efficiently
- Comply with OSHA regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- 5+ years of experience in site work projects
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
