    Job DescriptionROLE DESCRIPTION:
    Seeking an energetic sales professional interested in helping our agency grow through value-based conversations. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives as a multi-tasker, confident in being client facing, and sales driven, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and earning potential.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Sales experience preferred
    • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
    • Self-motivated
    • Solutions based
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Property and Casualty license, must obtain within 30 days
