    Job Description:
    General secretarial duties in our main office which include: greeting students and parents, take phone calls, problem-solving, multi-tasking, communicating confidential information, and present a positive and welcoming attitude to our community. Distribute student medications and manage health concerns/injuries. Located at Bea Underwood Elementary from 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday, June 10-28 and July 8-26.

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Bilingual preferred
    • Organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Experience working with diverse populations preferred
    • CPR and First Aid certified
