Other information:
Bachelor's degree
7 years experience in RPA tools mostly in UiPath
Knowledge of traditional and agile software development lifecycles and methodologies.
Experience in system analysis and design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working independently or within a team environment
Maintain a UiPath Certification in Solutions Architecture

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Experience working in a hospital or other health care organization
UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect Professional

Responsibilities:

Handles highly complex work critical to the organization.
Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring.
Develop automation processes using UiPath by working with the users.
Design, test, and debug software robots
Create robots Design and develop user interfaces for robot interaction.

Completes all standard templates including high-level technical design documents to ensure all business scenarios are in scope to be configured into RPA.

Gathering requirements from the LOB concerning robots using interviews, surveys, observations, prototyping, and workshops
Administrate the UiPath Orchestrator System using all needed standards and controls.
Build, optimize and refactor code to meet design specifications and code standards.
Requirements gathering based upon user stories.
Catalog automated processes to assist in testing, validation, and QA.
Ensuring adherence to best practices within the organization, the architect develops stable, reusable, and scalable RPA solution designs.
Deep understanding of use cases and process flows, the architect leads process optimization while considering solution performance.

Determines specification, plan, design, and develop software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or in concert with project team.

Develops programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse.
Other duties as assigned.
