Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination and monitoring of deadlines
  • Coordination with internal and external suppliers
  • Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
  • Generating and evaluating Excel lists
  • Administrative tasks to support technical purchasing
  • Participation in meetings as part of shop floor management
  • Evaluation of missing parts for production orders
  • Procurement of mechanical purchased parts
  • Interface between purchasing, production, design, quality management, materials management, and accounting
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines

Your profile:


  • Completed training as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, automotive clerk, or equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement preferred
  • Previous knowledge in the mechanical field is advantageous
  • Proficient in working with common ERP systems (preferably proALPHA or SAP
