Description

The Lebenshilfe Erlangen-Höchstadt offers individual support for people with intellectual disabilities in all aspects of life. This includes the area of children and youth, which also includes the school preparatory facilities with an integrated day care center (SVE). There, we provide holistic support and care for children aged 3 to 6 with disabilities, developmental delays, as well as speech and behavioral difficulties.

We are currently seeking a

pedagogical specialist

an educator (m/f/d), special needs educator (m/f/d), social worker (m/f/d) or remedial educator (m/f/d)

with a weekly working time of 30 to 38.5 hours for our SVE.

Your responsibilities:

  • pedagogical leadership of a group in the day care center
  • close collaboration and coordination with the group leader of the SVE section
  • development and implementation of the support concept
  • preparation of reports for the funding agency
  • collaboration with medical and pedagogical specialist services
  • assumption of household and nursing tasks
