    Description
    The Windsor Court seeks a skilled and experienced Banquet Cook to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will prepare all food items based on Banquet and other F&B outlets' standardized recipes while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.



    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes of Banquets and other F&B outlets
    • Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product
    • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas
    • Minimize waste and maximize the cost/production ratio
    • Ensure that all food items are properly labeled, dated, and stored
    • Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes
    • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner
    • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
