- Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes ensuring smooth functioning of all.
- Implement and optimize operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity, minimize costs, and improve overall operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to water sports equipment distribution.
- Manage and analyze inventory levels and procurement processes to meet demand and minimize costs.
- Utilize Business Central CRM and ERP as well as Shopify expertise to optimize systems and processes.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency with Business Central, Shopify, Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
