Job DescriptionOur client is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney, Counsel, or Senior Counsel to join the Project Finance/Public-Private Partnerships and Governmental (Public Finance) Practice Groups at the Firm. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of project/public infrastructure finance experience at a bank, developer or energy contractor or a large or medium-size firm. While residency in the Chicago office is preferred, residency in other offices, particularly New York, is possible.Experience:
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials as well as superior interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills. Commitment to client service is critical, as is the ability to handle fast-paced complex transactions and juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Successful candidates will project a professional presence, demonstrate flexibility in work situations, and be willing to accept constructive feedback.
Candidates must be members in good standing or eligible to waive into the appropriate state Bar.
