At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a full-time Production Plant Operator (m/f/d) in Sellersville.


Your responsibilities and duties include:

organizing the completion of ongoing tasks and being a competent point of contact for your team, leading the team, ensuring and monitoring quality standards, optimizing production line processes, informing about upcoming maintenance processes, monitoring hygiene standards and assisting with their implementation.

We are looking for someone who is a certified baker or production plant operator in the food industry, has a strong technical understanding, is reliable, quality-conscious, and enjoys being hands-on.

You should also be quick, efficient, and have good comprehension skills, able to remain calm under pressure, have experience in a leadership position, and be able to work well in a team.
