Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a systems coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects within our organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:

Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion
Work with project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
Ensure project documentation is accurate and uptodate

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with data entry and clerical tasks
Knowledge of construction operations, being familiar with construction codes is a plus
