Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations with mínimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
- Conduct detailed research and data analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
- Manage and utilize Caylix Point software and CRM for various administrative and operational needs.
- Verify the integrity and accuracy of all work performed.
- Use office management software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to perform tasks efficiently.
- Manage our social media platforms, ensuring consistent and professional engagement.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in mortgage or real estate is prefered.
- Previous roles such as Loan Underwriter or Loan Processor preferred.
- Proficiency in office management software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, timemanagement, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Caylix Point software is a plus.
