Description

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
• Provide administrative support as required

• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized systems
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in project coordination or event planning is a plus
• Knowledge of medical receptionist or dental receptionist duties is advantageous
• Familiarity with office management or personal assistant responsibilities is beneficial
