Your tasks:


  • Support and consultation of existing customers to understand their needs and offer them suitable solutions
  • Acceptance and processing of customer inquiries via email, phone and video call
  • Creative idea generation for individual customer requests
  • Product research according to customer briefing
  • Calculation and quotation creation
  • Identification of upselling and crossselling opportunities
  • Handling of the entire commercial process
  • Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Maintenance of customer data and documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system

Your profile:


  • Completed education or degree in business administration, marketing or similar
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales
  • You are creative and have strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to recognize customer needs and offer suitable
