JOB SUMMARY
The role of Executive Director of a Feeder Pattern involves overseeing approximately 10-15 schools, leading a team focused on enhancing instruction quality and student well-being. Responsibilities include enhancing instructional quality, mentoring principals to boost student achievement, and engaging with division superintendents to provide school support.
EDUCATION
Master's Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
5+ years' experience as a principal or similar role. Knowledge of board policies, federal and state regulations, and proven coaching effectiveness required.
SKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teacher Certification, School Administrator Certification, preferred School Principal leadership.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs multiple levels of management, establishes objectives and assignments for various areas, supervises principals and teachers, and manages multiple schools.
WORK COMPLEXITY/INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT
Work involves planning, evaluating complex solutions, and making recommendations to management. Requires strong analytic ability and inductive thinking.
BUDGET AUTHORITY
Advises on department budget development.
