    Description

    We are currently seeking a talented Flexo Press Operator to join our team in Wilmington, MD.     • Key Responsibilities:
    • Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic press, ensuring product quality and safety
    • Collaborating with a team to maintain necessary materials for label production
    • Demonstrating leadership in Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and ISO quality systems
    • Supporting an innovative culture to develop new products
    • Requirements:
    • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
    • Experience: 2+ years in printing; flexographic experience preferred
    • Skills: Mechanical aptitude, Lean Manufacturing and ISO experience a plus
    • Essential Functions:
    • Standing for extended periods
    • Qualifications:
    • Years of experience: 2 years
    • Experience level: Experienced
