- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA would be a great advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial and consumer lending, showcasing your ability to handle various loan portfolios.
- Thorough knowledge of lending principles, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance requirements including TRID, RESPA, TILA, and Fair Lending laws.
- Outstanding analytical skills to assess complex financial data and make informed lending decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and loan origination software.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining documentation and records.

Are you a flexible and talented professional in the world of lending? We are looking for someone like you to join our team as a Generalized Lender. In this role, you will need to have a broad knowledge of different types of loans – from commercial to mortgages, development to auto loans.
As a Generalized Lender, your main responsibilities will include evaluating loan applications, managing risks, and building strong relationships with clients. It's a key role where you will assess loan requests, determine creditworthiness, and structure loan terms to benefit both the borrower and our institution.
Requirements:
Additionally, possessing professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or Certified Lender Business Banker (CLBB) would be a definite plus for this role.
