IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR 3RD SHIFT LEADS.


Job Summary:

This is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Production Supervisor. This position's primary purpose is to load, unload and inspect parts on machining lines.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Provide direction on job task priority, monitor progress of repair work during shift, communicate with peers and supervision regarding work orders, gather necessary details on repair work to communicate job priorities to next shift lead, act as the primary contact for supervision and management on the shift, and any other additional duties assigned by department supervision.


Minimum requirements (training, experience, education):


  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds repetitively
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous Lead experience required

Pay:
From $33.00 per hour
