Description

The Service Writer will be responsible for interacting with customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and coordinating the repair process with our technicians.

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair of vehicles
• Provide estimates for repairs and obtain necessary approvals from customers
• Schedule appointments and manage work orders efficiently
• Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
• Process payments and handle cash transactions

• Previous experience in automotive service writing or a related field preferred
• Some mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and repairs
• Ability to listen & understand customer needs
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Knowledge of automotive software
