Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Efficiently load, unload, sort, and stock merchandise
Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organization of stock
Handle warehouse equipment and machinery with safety and proficiency
Comply with occupational health and safety standards
Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for delivery
Contribute to team efforts and assist in daytoday warehouse activities
Collaborate effectively with other departments to meet company goals
Identify opportunities for improving operational workflow

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent problemsolving skills and adaptability
Experienced in following procedures and warehouse protocols
Familiar with warehouse management software and tools
Strong time management skills and punctuality
Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred

Educational and Experience Requirements:

1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; further certification in logistics is a bonus
Background in home technology or related fields is a plus
Demonstrated commitment to reliability and consistency in job performance
