Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying and scanning
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide necessary information
  • Manage the calendar and schedule appointments for staff members
  • Perform data entry and update various databases as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills are essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
