Job Summary:
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying and scanning
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide necessary information
- Manage the calendar and schedule appointments for staff members
- Perform data entry and update various databases as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills are essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
