Job Description:
As a Customer Hydraulic Cylinder Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our hydraulic cylinder products to existing but especially to new customers.
You will play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and especially new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our hydraulic cylinder products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and approaches.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using ERP software.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components, particularly hydraulic cylinders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 3 weeks per month.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
