Your tasks:

You will be responsible for conceptual, execution, and detailed planning
You will handle tendering, awarding, construction supervision, and billing
You will monitor costs, deadlines, and quality
You will coordinate external specialist engineers
You will conduct customer meetings and maintain relationships with long-term clients

Your profile:

Completed university or technical college degree in architecture
Extensive professional experience in planning and executing new buildings, renovations, and repairs in the areas of industrial and administrative construction, as well as project management
Legal knowledge in construction, planning, procurement, and contract law, as well as experience in all phases of the HOAI (focus on phases 5
