Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers.

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of care.

Currently looking to fill a shift from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Administer medications following proper protocols
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of clients
  • Monitor and report changes in health status to the appropriate medical personnel
  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals
  • Implement behavior management techniques as needed
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and respect resident rights
  • Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems

Qualifications:

  • Experience in caregiving, hospice care, or nursing is preferred
  • Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities or providing direct support
  • Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of medical systems
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
