About Orca
We are seeking a full-time, salaried Office Coordinator to support our team in Culver City, California.

The Office Coordinator is a service-based role providing administrative support to all departments and reporting directly to the VP of Finance.

As the Office Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring a well-run office environment.


As our forward-facing ambassador, you will maintain and foster a positive workplace atmosphere while providing unwavering support across all departments.

From managing office processes (e.g. maintaining a well stocked kitchen, helping onboard new hires) to coordinating social engagements, you'll be instrumental in upholding Orca's values and facilitating organizational efficiency.


We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, adept at juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

Your ability to collaborate effectively with team members and your knack for problem-solving will be essential in this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage office facility services, overseeing repairs, maintenance, and amenities, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Oversee office budget and inventory, including ordering supplies and furniture, and enhancing office amenities and perks.
  • Respond to officerelated inquiries promptly and professionally, providing friendly support to employees.
  • Collaborate with Orca leadership to plan events and maintain events calendar.
  • Provide front desk coverage, managing conference rooms, parking, access cards, shipping, and greeting visitors.
  • Manage break areas and stock kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use, and assist with food ordering for meetings.
  • Coordinate inoffice and offsite activities, including company gatherings, celebrations, and group outings.
  • Coordinate technology needs for new and existing employees with department managers, IT, and HR.
  • Offer administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Monitor project timelines and content, flagging any potential concerns in advance.
  • Cultivate a professional, collaborative, inspiring, and fun work environment that promotes teamwork.
  • Promote company culture and initiatives companywide.
  • Provide production and studio managers with additional support as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 23+ years of Office Coordinator or Executive Assistant experience preferred, ideally in a fastpaced environment
  • Techsavvy with experience or familiarity with: Apple, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, Ramp, Airtable, Zoom, Amazon, and Canva
  • Must be handson, collaborative, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Selfstarter with ability to independently execute projects from start to finish
  • Passionate about creating a dynamic office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to gauge the atmosphere
  • Strong communication skills, including interaction with Clevel executives
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive problem solver with superior organizational skills

Pay:
Up to $67,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Culver City, CA 90230: Relocate before starting work (required)
