Your role:

As a corporate lawyer, you will provide legal advice and handle legal issues (e.g. contracts, terms and conditions, disputes, complaints, etc.) using the German Civil Code, German Commercial Code, German Limited Liability Companies Act, German Trade Regulation Act, or energy law.
As an expert in data protection, you will also be appointed as the
Data Protection Officer and advise the management, executives, and employees on data protection matters within the company group.
You will be responsible for the development of data protection organization, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection laws.
You will also conduct internal training for employees on data protection and handle all data protectionrelated issues.

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a degree in law, business law, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in relevant legal areas, especially in data protection.
You are willing to deal with complex legal issues and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
