    What You Will Do:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st level support to our auditors by managing the following processes:

  • Independent review and correction of audit programs
  • Audit team composition and order processing, as well as data preparation and management of audit documentation
  • Tracking of the audit and inspection process, including 4eye veto review and nonconformity management
  • Invoice review and support in reviewing invoices from freelancers
  • Point of contact for auditors and clients for any inquiries

What You Bring:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree in business administration
  • Practical experience with complex commercial processes and knowledge of auditing and inspection
  • Organizational skills, commitment, team spirit, and communication skills in German and English
  • A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office
