Responsibilities

Turn your passion into a profession and don't just cook for yourself

During your 3-year apprenticeship at our historic Schloss Landsberg, you will learn the preparation and cooking of dishes for upscale gastronomy. Additionally, you will gain experience in our demanding service area.

Ordering, receiving, and inspecting goods
Proper storage of food items
Proper handling and maintenance of utensils and equipment
Adherence to occupational safety and hygiene regulations

Profile

Secondary school diploma or at least a good secondary school leaving certificate
Interest and enjoyment in cooking
Friendly and open-minded personality
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
