    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

    • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
    • Efficiently schedule and direct warehouse associates to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
    • Organize warehouse storage locations based on product volumes to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flows.
    • Set performance goals and metrics for warehouse associates.
    • Ensure compliance with HAZMAT regulations, including proper labeling and documentation.
    • Obtain necessary licenses and permits within specified timeframes.
    • Lead Safety Committee activities and conduct safety equipment inspections.
    • Resolve billing issues and develop reports to prevent future errors.
    • Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching for improvement, and identify future leaders.
    • Communicate facility repair and maintenance needs, approve expenses, and report to the operations manager.
    • Manage warehouse staff overtime based on performance measurements and metrics.
    • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain documentation.
    • Conduct monthly departmental meetings for communication, training, and motivation.
    • Attend operational meetings as required.
    • Provide coverage for warehouse associates during their absences.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

    Experience and/or Training:

    • 4-5 years' warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
    • 2-3 years' warehouse management experience
    • Knowledge of quality, 5-S, six sigma, and/or lean systems

    WHAT SETS YOU APART (Preferred Qualifications):

    Education: BA in business or related field is preferred

    Licenses/Certificates: Forklift certification recommended not required - will certify within the Lube Tech safety guidelines

    Technology/Equipment: Knowledge of WMS or ERP system preferred
