    Description

    Our client, a prestige beauty brand, is hiring a Travel Retail Brand Manager to join their team onsite in New York City. Candidates must be able to travel 20% of the time depending on the needs of the business.

    Job Duties Include:

    • Responsible for sell-in achievement aligned to brand net sales targets of accounts
    • Maintain ongoing performance reviews
    • Visit retailers to ensure adequate sales service
    • Collaborate with marketing team to manage presentations, liaise on pricing strategy, etc.
    • Partner to design and implement best-in-class visual merchandising
    • Work with project management to create exclusive kits for partners
    • Monitor and analyze performance including reviewing all P&Ls and recommend appropriate action
    • Drive sales plans that align with overall team targets
    • Partner with the logistics team to manage stock replenishment and orders to ensure optimal stock coverage

    Job Qualifications Include:

    • 2+ years of relevant experience
    • Strategic and analytical mindset
    • Experience in retail sales management and commercial acumen
    • Ability to build collaborative relationships
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Google Drive
    • Ability to work independently
    • Bilingual skills are a plus

    Salary: $100k annually
