    IT Services:
    Application development, maintenance, and testing

    Business consulting, IT strategy, and digital transformation.
    Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Outsourcing of business processes to improve efficiency

    Salary Range:
    $55K-$60K/Annum

    Job Description:

    Technical Experience:

    Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Mac hardware and software; skilled in using SCCM for Windows and JAMF for Macs.

    Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA for ticket management.


    Professional Attributes:
    Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Physical ability to manage IT equipment installations and movements. Adaptable and flexible to meet varying work schedules and environments.
