We are currently seeking meticulous Cleaners to join our team in Hempstead, NY.

As a Cleaner for our newly renovated apartments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each unit is presented immaculately to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize newly renovated apartments to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces to create a welcoming environment for new tenants.
• Inspect apartments for any maintenance issues or defects and report them to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure timely turnovers and readiness of apartments for new tenants.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering highquality results.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture or equipment if necessary.
