    Job Title: Platform Support Technician

    Work Location: Austin, TX

    Job Description

    • Knowledge on computer hardware - Motherboards, CPUs, Memory DIMMs, Add-on cards, Hard drives (HDDs), KVMs, etc.
    • Knowledge on test and measurement equipment - DMM, Oscilloscopes, Logic analyzers, Network analyzers, Power meters, associated probes/cables, etc.
    • Knowledge on any inventory management tool.
    • Document preparations for domestic and international shipments.
    • Knowledge on ESD package for shipping.
    • Ability to organize inventory room and attention to details.
    • Ability to identify and source Lab materials requirement.
    • Familiarity with Electronics part procurement process - Internal and external.

    The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
