- Responsible for evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting patient status
- Support the hospital's mission by providing quality care and meeting certification standards
- Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function using appropriate therapies
- Observe and report patient reactions and condition changes to the medical team
- Educate patients, families, and health team members on therapy procedures
- Refer patients to other disciplines as needed
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient care records and use specialized equipment
- Participate in staff education and quality improvement programs
- Full-time position with benefits including dental insurance, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement
- Work in a pediatric rehabilitation center with a focus on Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, no nights
- **Physical Therapy License Required**
- Must be willing to relocate before starting work
