Description

Responsible for all daily activities of shipping and billing of paper loads, including job lot.

Responsible for all daily activities surrounding the yard management of trailers.

Responsible for monitoring/prioritizing daily shipments based on customer delivery requirements.

Provide relief for Chief Clerk, including Finance, Purchasing & Maintenance tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills

Must be able to work overtime as required.

Possess ambulatory capabilities to move freely about the mill in carrying our responsibilities.

Must be able to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities.

Must be able to multi-task.

Must have good mathematical background.

Must be able to use Worksite and Access for data entry.

Must be able to work in SAP & OPTI

Must be accurate without sacrificing speed.

Must be able to work with time restraints to meet scheduling deadlines.

Must be able to communicate effectively and deal tactfully and cooperatively with a variety of individuals on

various levels within the company including supervision, hourly team members, union officials, as well as outside the

corporation.

Required Experience

Testing requirements to be completed prior to being offered the position.

Qualifications:
