We have a great Network Systems Administrator opportunity We are seeking someone with an in-depth understanding of network fundamentals

Location:
Charleston, SC


Pay:
$35hr – $48hr


Required:
3+ years' experience applying knowledge of networking principles to implement and maintain secure business networks.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, Â and DOT1X
Experience with Spanning Tree and Link Layer Discovery Protocol
Experience with virtual switch stack technology
Experience with creating VLANs
Experience configuring security zones and permissions
Experience with configuring interfaces for VOIP
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to create technical documentation, including change notices.
Experience creating network diagrams with MS Visio.
Experience using Juniper


Job Duties:
Provide onsite network support for IT, users, customers, and projects
Support network access for large meetings in the Charleston office
Support VOIP phone connectivity issues
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving network outages
Assist network equipment support and circuit maintenance
Perform quarterly failover testing of network capabilities
