Freelance Instructor (m/f/d) for German Language Training

  • Location: South San Francisco, CA
  • Start Date: April 1, 2024

Responsibilities:


  • Provide coaching and support to adult job seekers in improving their professional German language skills in a 1on1 setting
  • Plan and conduct lessons
  • Focus on building jobrelevant vocabulary (Level A
  • B1)

Requirements:


  • Experience as a teacher or instructor
  • Completed university or technical school degree, or equivalent training
  • Enjoy teaching in a 1on1 setting and ability to work independently
  • Experience working with the target group is an advantage (e.g. individuals with limited language skills)
  • Intercultural competence and empathy

Notes:

This is a freelance position (3-6 hours/week, 1-2 sessions/week)
