We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible

Your responsibilities will include:

Active telephone customer consultation
Active customer consultation at the counter
Processing customer inquiries
Creating and preparing offers based on customer-specific information and needs
Recording all customer orders (pick-up, delivery, and route orders)
Organizing deliveries or shipments (truck delivery, parcel service, freight, pick-up)
Entering orders (inventory and customer commissions)
Coordinating and adjusting minimum/maximum stock levels
Negotiating prices with suppliers
Handling complaints regarding customer orders and resolving issues with suppliers
Managing open order lists
Organizing, stocking, and replenishing supplies
