As a Regional Manager for American Pool, you will be responsible for maintaining a book of business composed of both clients for construction and pool management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient and effective pool management, delivery of pool construction, maintenance, and repair services
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding and training of seasonal pool cleaners and lifeguard supervisors
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations adhering to OSHA, as well as all required compliance procedures
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth and profitability targets within the company.
- Anticipate client expectations, seasonal changes within the business approach, staffing needs/changes and make appropriate strategic adjustments accordingly.
- Cultivate relationships with property representatives
- Maintain budget and expenses
- Preseason inspections, preseason supply sales, and preseason client expectations
- Attend board meetings and maintain /cultivate relationships with all relevant parties and key decision makers
- Generate revenue through sales
- Manage licenses and permits
- Assist with the planning, execution and follow through on all projects sold to clients to ensure client happiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Working knowledge of swimming pool mechanics, and county and state rules/ regulations required
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- 2+ years supervisory experience or assistant regional manager experience preferred
- Sales experience a plus
- Driver's license required
- Ability to work under pressure
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time

Pay:
$52, $62,000.00 per year
