    Description

    VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone who embodies passion and purpose. With a longstanding 120-year history, we are pioneers in our industry.

    The role involves mastering our client-servicing process for our existing 2,000 business clients, while also cultivating relationships to onboard new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team to execute these tasks effectively.

    As you become proficient in training and leading your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director by honing the necessary skills using our established systems and procedures.

    This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support the existing client base.
    • Explore new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
    • Supervise and track team activities and performance.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on our existing systems.
    • Regularly report on field activities utilizing the Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    • Effective time management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently.


    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively as needed.
    • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.
    • Enthusiasm for assisting individuals and fostering relationships.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
    • Community involvement desire.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation.
    • Minimum 45-day probationary period before progression opportunities.
