The Job
As Area Sales and Catering Director, you are responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of revenue generation for Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge to include guest room revenue for all segments, Food & Beverage sales for catering and on-property outlets.
You must ensure the Sales team maximizes the guest experience by achieving all service standards, maintaining consistent quality of service, exceeding expectations, and efficiently completing departmental objectives.
You must also communicate with the guests in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.The Offer

Requirements
To be successful as our new Area Sales and Catering Director you:
College graduate or equivalent industry experience.
Three to five years experience as a manager within Sales, preferably a four-diamond property.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to utilize them effectively in English with guests, peers and associates.
Ability to work under stressful conditions and balance multiple commitments simultaneously.Strong customer service aptitude.
Understand budget and fiscal responsibility within the department.
Familiarity with all operational areas of the properties.
Computer literacy and the ability to utilize Word, Excel and department specific programs.
Desire to progress within the hospitaltity industry.
Prior experience as a department manager in Sales or Reservations.
Prior hotel Sales and Marketing experience.
Have a keen sense for hiring, training and coaching great people. So they can provide top notch service to our guests.
Are dependable, organized and have a positive, can-do mindset. When things don't go as planned, your team can count on you
