    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or its equivalent; a minimum of one year successful food service experience and competent in all areas of performance; positive attitude; ability to be a team worker; good communication skills; ability to lift and carry 25 pounds and 50 pounds with assistance; ability to complete math problems involving fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

    DOMAIN ONE: PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Follow individual work schedule, production schedule, and weekly cleaning schedule.
    2. Give and receive information.
    3. Use and clean equipment.
    4. Practice regular equipment maintenance.
    5. Use standardized recipes; measure correctly.
    6. Prepare meals using correct food preparation techniques.
    7. Check food quality during preparation.
    8. Promote the Child Nutrition program to students, faculty, administrators, and others.
    9. Assist Manager with accepting and storing deliveries (as necessary)
    10. Remove garbage and trash from cafeteria.
    11. Use safe working procedures; correct and/or report unsafe working conditions.
    12. Adhere to established personal hygiene techniques.
    13. Use acceptable sanitation techniques in food handling.
    14. Use established sanitation techniques for cleaning the facility.
    15. Serve correct portions and report amounts of foods used and leftover.
    16. Maintain correct holding temperature of food.
    17. Understand and interprets written and verbal instructions
    18. Promote professionalism by encouraging membership and participation in the School Nutrition Association.
    19. Implement the "no charge" policy.
    20. Perform all computer tasks using CNP software
    21. Work as a team player with all cafeteria staff
    22. Performs duties at an efficient pace
    23. Work at other cafeteria locations (when necessary)
    24. Perform any other tasks as assigned by employee's supervisor
