Description

We are currently looking for a HEAD OF KITCHEN (M/F/D) to join our team at Valdosta as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, permanent position located in Lohr a.
Main, Marktheidenfeld, and Gemünden.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for the overall kitchen management at our locations in Lohr a.
Main (kitchen and bistro), Marktheidenfeld, and Gemünden.

  • Independently and responsibly lead your assigned area of responsibility.
  • Develop and implement new concepts.
  • Create flexible and costeffective work schedules.
  • Plan menus while considering nutritional guidelines.
  • Purchase food according to established standards.
  • Lead, organize, and coordinate the entire kitchen team.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor food production, including quality control.
  • Monitor work processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
