    Description

    Job Summary:

    • The House Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities and providing leadership for the Department of Nursing on a specific shift.
    • Works closely with all departments to coordinate services for patient care.
    • Performs supervisory and charge nurse duties and provides direct patient care when necessary.
    • Conducts rounds on units and serves as the clinical backup RN to specialty areas.
    • Possesses knowledge of standards and guidelines related to nursing practice.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Current registered nurse license in New Hampshire.
    • Various certifications including BLS, ACLS, and Basic Dysrhythmia course.
    • Critical Care course required; completion within 6 months of hire.
    • Additional certifications required within specified timeframes.
    • Minimum five years of clinical experience, preferably in ED and ICU.
    • Excellent interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
