Description

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

PREFERRED: Prior experience working with access management for onboarding processes.
If they don't have access management experience, they would like to see someone with systems business support or shared services experience.
Candidate must have queue management experience and must be IT savvy. Desired Qualifications:
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Working knowledge of ART, AIMS, Request Center, SIMBA, Microsoft SharePoint and Jira
