    Description

    The City of Richmond Office of the Council Chief of Staff is currently seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of Senior Budget Manager.

    The successful candidate must be self-starter, an exceptional communicator, and most importantly, have a highly collaborative influence. Exceptional interpersonal skills will be essential to the success of this role.

    The most significant responsibilities in this job includes providing senior-level, professional staff support and analysis to the City Council and the Chief of Staff regarding policy and budgetary issues.

    Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of budget analysts in performing advanced-level duties in the preparation, analysis, and delivery of budgetary documents and fiscal reports and making appropriate recommendations.

    This position reports to the Deputy Council Chief of Staff.
