- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering is required.
- Must be US Citizen due to ITAR Requirements
- Must have experience in project management, preferably with experience in instrumentation systems, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment, control systems, and power systems
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, LabVIEW, and MATLAB
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, supervise technicians, and provide mentorship and technical guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams and departments within the organization, as well as with external clients and vendors
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as NERC, IEC, and IEEE standards, as well as safety regulations and best practices
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of instrumentation engineering.
