- Actively promote and sell Rohrer Aesthetics' advanced capital equipment solutions to medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas, in South Florida.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our capital equipment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating follow-ups.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and successfully position our products
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical and customer support, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the designated territory.
- Proven track record of success in aesthetic capital equipment sales, preferably in the medical device or aesthetics industry.
- Strong sales aptitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, while also fostering collaboration within the team.
- Prior experience in selling to medical professionals, such as dermatologists and plastic surgeons, is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with capital equipment, medical devices, or aesthetic treatments is a plus.
